I am a college student at the University of Connecticut. During my time in the Academic Center for Exploratory Students (ACES), I recognized my newfound interest in finance. Prior to college, I attended E.C. Goodwin Technical High School. I graduated as the valedictorian of my class with a specialization in Carpentry. I have valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving from both my experience in carpentry and my multiple years of high school sports. I take pride in intricate problems and design - something that stems from my interest in cabinetmaking. My skills with a team extended outside of my Carpentry work - I began a part time job at Rogers Orchards, where I became a vital part of the staff. Picking up shifts, as well as communicating with my managers and fellow coworkers taught me the values of collaboration and open communication.
