Bartender and waitress in the luxury theatre. This role includes making and delivering food and drink to patrons, answering telephone queries and general cleaning.

My daily duties include organising a workforce of 50+ staff members. Alongside this, I performed administrative work which includes answering the phones, providing quality customer service to the patrons of the cinema while also ordering stock and office supplies for the site.I also had a small role in the advertisement of Grand Cinemas by providing promotional portfolios for up-and-coming movies, which often involves contacting external companies and businesses. I was also responsible for generating many financial reports and general paperwork, such as the general ledger and other essential summary reports for the company. Grand Cinemas Currambine is one of the busiest out of the 6 Grand Cinema sites with grossing admission numbers of no less than 2000 a day - especially during the peak movie season.

In this role I worked front of house, guiding patrons to their cinemas and cleaning each session once finished. I also worked in the candy bar and box office selling tickets, food and drink to the patrons of the cinema.
