Megan Smith, M.Ed. For more than a decade, Megan has influenced customer experiences, disability services, accessibility, and diversity programs in the health care, education, employment, and technology industries. She holds a Master of Education in Disability Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health and focuses her work on influencing how businesses engage with diverse populations.
