As the Workflow Coordinator to the TLD Support team I am tasked with maintaining and developing the relationships CSC has built with vendors in the APAC region, as well as learning policies for those TLDs and keeping up to date with changes and extension launches so our internal and external tools for our clients stay up to date. Our sales and account managers rely on me to have the most relevant up to date information in the domain name world. As a subject matter expert I regularly join multi-team special projects that drive leader initiatives and goals, including system data migrations after company acquisitions and leading the team that is tasked with process and policy alignment. I am also one of the designated representatives for some international industry conferences.A couple new challenges that I am taking on includes developing a compliance program from the ground up for the three Digital Brand Services business channels and driving a cost savings project across our suppliers.

As the registry relations manager for the APAC region I am tasked with maintaining and developing the relationships CSC has built with vendors in the area. I am tasked with learning policies for the TLDs in that region and keeping up to date with changes and extension launches so our internal and external tools for our clients stay up to date. In addition, I handle compliance issues for CSC DBS and our recently acquired company, IP Mirror. The TLD Support team members are experts in policy and requirements for all the gTLD and ccTLDs. Our sales and account managers rely on me to have the most relevant up to date information in the domain name world.

My day to day tasks include e-mailing relevant PR to clients in the healthcare and financial industries and entering data associated with articles and advertisements found in newspapers, magazines, websites, and television. My work consists of compiling data together in PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts, and summaries to show our clients how they are measuring up to their competitors in their markets. We have become a household name in the healthcare intelligence industry and are looking to become one in the financial and secondary education intelligence industries as well.
