I began my career in the digital industry focusing on UI for omnichannel technologies. Here I used data-driven decisions to enhance the digital storefronts through human-centered design (HCD), rich search engine optimization (SEO) keywords, and through maximizing our front-end development capabilities with AB and multi-variant optimization testing.Transitioning to back-end systems, I worked as a product owner within operational data (also known as master data or big data) to strengthen my technical acumen. I oversaw 3 development teams specializing in API modernization and Kafka events for internal and external stakeholders for 16 products (domains). I developed and adhered to strategic roadmaps embodying the modernization of technology stacks, introducing new capabilities, deprecation of legacy systems and superb site reliability/availability throughout all touchpoints of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Most recently, I've transitioned to oversee the modernization of employee tools used for long-term strategic planning utilizing hypermedia, AWS and a number of additional tech stacks.User-centric designs, data-driven decisions, and strategic innovation have remained at the front of my passions throughout my experiences. My aim is to meet the consumers’ needs and deliver seamless experiences at any point in the product's lifecycle (introducing, enhancing, sun setting, etc.).
