Q Place
As Office Administrator in a small organization, I put on many different hats and quickly learned about how small organizations operate. I supported the Q Place team in a variety of different areas including event planning, operations, communications, marketing, website management, recruiting, and quality control.A few key highlights include:- Managing the conference planning with Q Center through securing a contract, coordinating registration, and facilitating external vendor relationships.- Leading the hiring search for an additional team member and contract web developer through creating job descriptions, posting openings, reviewing job applicants, phone screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.- Training staff on how to amplify their use of our CRM (Batchbook) in order to document communications and pull reports for constituent analysis.- Operating a conference bookstore of over sixty products while implementing a new payment process.- Collaborating to publish and launch the Arts of Spiritual Conversations curriculum in an ecommerce web store.
