As a payroll specialist, I process payroll for over 100 business clients of all sizes across the U.S. My clients include for-profit and non-profit businesses, restaurants, churches, manufacturing companies, etc. After 6 months of service, I earned my certification as a Certified Payroll Professional and use my knowledge to assist clients with their payroll and tax needs and questions. In this position, I process payrolls in two separate payroll systems: iSolved HCM and UKG Ready (formerly known as Kronos). Both platforms are HRIS systems that provide Time and Labor Management, HR Services, and Payroll. As the lead processor for our UKG Ready platform, I reconfigure client accounts as needed, train clients on system use, build custom reports, assist internal processors with other client accounts as well as process payrolls for my direct client accounts.

As Executive Director and the sole employee of Discover Downtown Franklin, Inc., I had many duties and responsibilities. As director I planned and implemented 5 special events/fundraisers per year, solicited sponsorships and donations, completed all administrative work, updated the company website and Facebook page, input financial data into Quickbooks, created and presented monthly financial reports to the board of directors, filed and paid monthly company taxes and worked with an accountant on year end taxes, built relationships with local downtown business owners, promoted the organization and it's events, worked with elected and city officials to bring awareness to the downtown area and its needs, ran monthly meetings for 5 committees and assisted with projects as needed, along with many other tasks.
