Founder: The Intentional Living Method
CurrentRewiring self-talk as a form of self-leadership with science backed microtools I spent the majority of my life being addicted to the drug of achievement and outside validation. I took a look around & thought that everyone had it figured out but me, so I remained silent & fought my battles alone. Today, I am on a mission to deliver the words that I needed for so long in my own journey.Exhaustion is not a status symbol. The feeling that ‘there has to be more’ won’t be found on the other end of the promotion, the jean size, or the money in the bank account. Answering the question “What do I want?” is one of the hardest because we’re never taught to ask it.I share my own addictions to achieving, the resulting feelings of resentment and shame, and how with science backed intentional microsteps, that I still use today, a beautiful ripple impact that affects how you read the emails, show up in the boardroom and at home, will transform your life from existing to living. I write those in the rooms we’re in a permission slip to put down the mask they’ve been taught to hide behind and feel seen as human first. The humans in our rooms received tangible tools they can use immediately to motivate, inspire, and rewire their self-talk while building a community around them.
