Talent Resourcing Advisor
CurrentAs Talent Resourcing Advisor I oversee recruitment needs for our showrooms and boutiques across the UK. Reporting into the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, I liaise with National Sales Managers and Retail Directors to ensure deadlines are met for priority vacancies. • Advising Hiring Managers on best practice for their vacancies, ensuring we deliver an effective and timely process including a positive experience for all candidates.• Delivering monthly updates of store-by-store progress to Retail Directors.• Planning and executing 6-12 month timelines of recruitment for new store openings and expansions.• Conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews for store management roles. • Liaising with HR Business Partners regarding changes in the business that may impact recruitment.• Expanding the Talent Pool through internal ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Exploring new ways of attracting and engaging talent for challenging vacancies. • Providing detailed and constructive feedback to management candidates at final stage.
