As Talent Resourcing Advisor I oversee recruitment needs for our showrooms and boutiques across the UK. Reporting into the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, I liaise with National Sales Managers and Retail Directors to ensure deadlines are met for priority vacancies. • Advising Hiring Managers on best practice for their vacancies, ensuring we deliver an effective and timely process including a positive experience for all candidates.• Delivering monthly updates of store-by-store progress to Retail Directors.• Planning and executing 6-12 month timelines of recruitment for new store openings and expansions.• Conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews for store management roles. • Liaising with HR Business Partners regarding changes in the business that may impact recruitment.• Expanding the Talent Pool through internal ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Exploring new ways of attracting and engaging talent for challenging vacancies. • Providing detailed and constructive feedback to management candidates at final stage.

Responsible for managing Jewellery Appraisal’s and directing appropriate replacement jewellery items. Whilst supporting the team in the department’s objectives especially in relation to service agreements, compliance, and expert claim validation.• Assessing claims in line with the department appraisal techniques and procedures to offer an expert, ethical validation service and repudiation management.• Management of customer complaints in line with our FSA guidelines and escalation process.• Management of claims to identify potential fraudulent claims• Embracing the 3 C’s philosophy and continually demonstrating the importance of providing all our customers to a service that gives care, confidence and clarity of communication• Providing technical assistance to the supporting teams and the network of retail stores• Deciding and advising clients of the appropriate method of replacement.
