Working towards Cyber resilience in line with the Essential 8 criteria. 1998-2004Day-to-day maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, and all office peripheral devices. End user training of the Microsoft suite of products, Adobe products and functional specific programs. Evaluation and testing of new software products to ensure a smooth transition. Creation of Information Systems Policies and Procedures. On-going maintenance of the Novell local area network - email remote access and physical server maintenance. Investigation, creation and implementation of Intra and Interstate network, including supporting documentation and training. Assisted in the planning and implementation of the migration from Novell Netware to Microsoft Windows Server.

This was a new 12 month project and as such there was no position until my hire. First project within the organisation, was to design and develop the Document Controller role, including purchase of appropriate equipment.Design, develop and maintain a database of all documents, drawings and project related material to ensure only relevant materials are used and distributed to various sub-contractors. Provided training to other staff on use and booking procedures. Provide support to sub-contractors with regard to documents & drawings.
