I am a process oriented, organized and successful learning and development professional focused on internal grown and development of colleagues within the credit card processing industry. I'm very proud to be part of the Training Team at Gravity Payments. My focus is creating and executing robust curriculum for new and existing members of our Operations Organization. In order to be successful in this role I utilize my extensive process iteration, organization and communication skills. My goal is to connect and build trust with team members while delivering engaging and rigorous content. In addition to my current role, I have experience as a successful Sales Representative and Coordinator in both the credit card processing, payment software and digital media industries. Over 15 years in the hospitality industry and organizational experience from my time as Chief Operating Officer for In Concert with Good. In these roles I constantly maintained excellence in communication, organization, guest service, project planning and management.
