My career has been at the forefront of creating and implementing advertising standards that shape the future of media and entertainment. As the Global Head of Advertising Policy for Streaming Media and Devices at Amazon, I develop policies that ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across a wide range of innovative and engaging advertising products, from Prime Video and Amazon Music to FireTV and Kindle Fire. Before joining Amazon, I was the Head of Creative for Public Policy and Social Impact at Snap Inc., where I oversaw the creative campaigns for Snapchat's global partnerships with country leaders, non-profit organizations, and social impact partners. I also led Snapchat's Creative Council, a groundbreaking initiative that brought together executive Black creatives and young advertising talent to develop cause-related campaigns on Snapchat. My passion for art and public policy stems from my Master's degree from New York University and my experience as a Creative Director for Obama for America, where I helped mobilize millions of voters through compelling and creative storytelling.
