As the National Learning and Development Director, I create and execute national programs that enhance the behavioral skills of our professionals, such as leadership, communication, and collaboration. With 19 years of experience in professional services - both on the marketing side and the L&D side - I have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of our industry and clients.I leverage my expertise in adult learning, DISC, and The Predictive Index to design and deliver engaging and effective training solutions that drive results and performance. I previously also served 10 years on the CBIZ Women's Advantage Executive Board, where I supported the advancement and empowerment of women in our organization. I am passionate about developing talent, fostering growth, and building relationships.In my spare time, you can find me reading, drinking coffee, watching my teenager play soccer, and/or serving as Cookie Mom for her Girl Scout Troop.
