Provide executive support to the President and CEO and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external individuals. Management of the Customer Service Center where customers can transact certain banking services via telephone. Also, managing a team of both full-time and part-time associates. Managing the Online Account Opening services by processing all incoming leads and inquiries submitted through the bank website. Review all account applications received before any further action takes place. If approved, I open the account on our core system and initiate an ACH transaction for account funding. Also, handling communication with customers regarding their online account via email or telephone calls.Keeping all policies and procedures updated for the Customer Service Center. Monitor the processing of all submitted Mobile Deposits.Receive incoming customer phone calls and process requests.Lead and motivate the CSC staff to meet referral and sales goals on a monthly basis.
