Key accomplishments: - Garnered buy-in and oversaw implementation of Leadership Competency Framework; roundly approved by both employees and leaders, further embedded into performance management and recruitment processes, and foundational for the implementation of a CEO 360 process. - Completed due diligence and new employee integration related to Williams Canada acquisition; oversaw integration of ~100 employees. - Introduced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) model; widely accepted with more than 5 HRBP positions eventually created. - Quarterbacked development of talent acquisition strategy for Heartland Petrochemical Complex (HPC); results included successful onboarding of 200+ new employees over 2 years. - Developed D&I strategy for HPC complex including Unconscious Bias training pilot; training launched organization-wide in 2020 and became foundational for enterprise D&I strategy. - Established inaugural German expatriation program for HPC complex, an organizational first; program enabled more than a dozen seamless expatriations.

Joined organization with specific responsibilities to build human resources function, establish HR governance and key business processes, and conduct a gap assessment to determine key priorities.Key accomplishments: - Introduced employee engagement survey which led to several employee experience changes including a review and overhaul of the benefits program and introduction of a frontline Leadership Development Program. Engagement surveys were utilized for a decade following introduction and maintained +90% participation rates. - Selected and implemented Workday HRIS system, one of the first implementations in Calgary. - Introduced and rolled out Respectful Workplace Policy and related training, well in advance of regulatory requirement.
