I perform a variety of duties in this role, including graphic design and marketing, project management, and recruitment of speakers for online events. The main online event I focus on is VetCE Virtual: VetCE Virtual events are a series of micro-conferences. These are a convenient alternative to in-person events and are designed to deliver multiple approved RACE and/or CVPM CE credits in a concise, half-day virtual format with three consecutive one-hour presentations. The series not only provides you with the opportunity to benefit from educational sessions presented by expert speakers but also gives you an easy way to learn and earn credits in the comfort of your home or office!VetCE Virtual events cover everything from detailed medical topics to practice management topics relevant to everyday clinical situations.

While working on the Rev Publishing family of magazines, my job involved:-Preparing, writing and editing copy to improve readability of stories.-Reading copy and proofing to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.-Allocating print space for story text, photos, and illustrations according to space parameters and copy significance, using knowledge of layout principles.-Planning the contents of publications according to the publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements.-Developing story and content ideas, considering reader and audience appeal.-Overseeing publication production, including artwork, layout, and printing, ensuring adherence to deadlines.-Collaborating with production manager and staff to craft the overall layout of editorial.-Assigning topics, events and stories to individual writers for coverage.-Meeting frequently with sales manager and production managers to discuss projects and resolve problems.
