Responsible for expanding the customer market, consulting on advanced analytic studies, and contributing to the future development and enhancement of Sawtooth Software products. As a previous user of Sawtooth Software, my goal is to bring a client-side perspective to the company and its products.

Head analytic consultant for a wide variety of Fortune 500 accounts including automotive, finance, consumer goods, retail, health, and others. Responsible for choosing the right quantitative methodology, sample design and analysis plan to meet client objectives. Tasked with exploring and uncovering the data, trends and opportunity areas that are essential, from that which is irrelevant, within large volumes of survey data and client database information. Partner with project staff to deliver data driven results and forward thinking insights and recommendations. Train clients in various methodologies in an in-person setting, visible to key researchers up to C-level strategists. Develop new quant methods and techniques while enhancing our current product suite. Mentor and teach project staff in advanced analytical techniques.In addition to project work, responsibilities include managing a team of analysts and consultants, their resources/availability, team goals/progress, and furthering new quant techniques within the business.

A colleague's friend was looking for an experienced statistician to help guide her start-up firm. While continuing to work full-time at Gongos Research, I guided development of questionnaires for 3D ETC that would obtain measurable results to prove the company’s product offerings had a statistically significant impact on consumer behavior, ultimately resulting in higher ROI.

An opportunity to teach at the collegiate level was offered to me while still working full-time at Gongos Research. Since I have a passion for teaching and for statistics, I decided to teach Business Statistics to junior level undergraduate students in the business program at Oakland University. I encouraged development of fundamental and advanced statistical skills through lectures, homework assignments, quizzes, and tests and educated students on how to develop charts, mine data, and employ equations in Microsoft Excel 2007.
