Harrods is an upmarket department store located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London. Part of my role was to develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service, as well as having an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware. As well as this, I kept stock replenished and maintained high standards of merchandise and product presentation. I handled customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues were resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. My personal appearance and presentation was to be kept strictly in line with company standards.
