A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides integrated medical and behavioral healthcare to adult clients in a community-based setting. Care Coordinators provide advocacy, linkage, referral, individual and group education, resource acquisition services, and care management and coordination services to clients in CCBHC program in a client-centered and culturally responsive way. Coordinators provide a point of contact and work in partnership with other CCBHC staff members and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated medical and behavioral health care.

Customer Service Associates help customers have an excellent experience, providing direction to customers concerning library services and circulation policies. Other duties include patron account charges, technology assistance, and the handling of library materials through renewals and sorting/routing to proper locations.
