Remote position. I put together “face to face” boxes for real estate offices. The boxes consist of treats and brochures explaining our different home inspection packages. I attend open houses and provide coupons, brochures and treat boxes. I run all errands and provide all social media for PTP. I create all new monthly agent packets, provide thank you notes for previous inspections. I also put together client binders for every inspection.

Responsible for answer phones/directing phone calls to specific area/ individuals. Admin needs such as scanning, copying, file, faxing mail, and paperwork. Assist in the Accounting department and Human Resources. Accounting- I put together PO’s, invoices and Receivers daily. I accurately do AP runs, which is pulling the backup document for each individual check. In HR, I assist in any project- set up screenings for drug tests/employee reviews, put together new employee packets, update all databases/employee rooster, keep track of vacation and absentee on every employee, etc.

Responsible for admin needs such as scanning, copying, file, faxing mail, paperwork, and documents to appropriate files. Answering phones, scheduling appointments/rescheduling appointments, check conflicts & take payments for client’s bill. Distribute messages, client’s files & correct paperwork to the appropriate Attorney or Paralegal.
