This has drastically reduced NPI and QT quality issues and late shipments for the laser area and was used as a model for all other value streams.- Troubleshoot production problems through working closely with operators to improve quality and up-time on machines. Utilized a data driven approach to problem solving and decision making.- Developed, OQ'd, and PQ'd new laser cutting processes for plastic and machined parts. Collaborated with a custom equipment manufacturer to automate and add vision capabilities to these products.
