As one of the two original co-founders, I laid the groundwork across all strategic initiatives for PLEY LLC, an innovative social platform for beauty industry professionals. I built the roadmap that turned a rather unpolished idea into a refined opportunity with purpose, successfully transitioning it from a bootstrapped venture to securing angel-backed funding.I defined company values, mission statement, and key messaging elements, establishing a strong brand identity, and owned the pitch deck that secured investor interest and funding. I collaborated with developers to ensure app functionality, user experience, and branding alignment, as well as various elements within UI design. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive business model and monetization strategy, conducted in-depth market research, and set various revenue targets for post-launch success.
