I am a graduate from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (graduated May 2018) and I am looking to continue gaining experience in administrative/HR work.My undergrad education has enhanced my skills in oral and written communication, diversity engagement, applied problem solving, analytic and critical thinking, decision making, innovation, digital literacy, and teamwork/leadership. Since graduation (May 2018), I have worked with Cigna Insurance as a Behavioral Advocate at a call center, as a Property Administrator with Frauenshuh, and as a both an Onboarding & Senior Onboarding Specialist with Teachers on Call, A Kelly Company (current). I have been able to develop my skills in communication over the phone, in- person, and via email, practicing confidentiality, problem solving under pressure, responding to and giving peer feedback, juggling multiple projects at a time, making suggestions to improve the efficiency/productivity of existing forms/policies, keeping track and making sure numerous forms/projects are up-to-date, and serving as a subject matter expert for any I-9 related questions.It is my hope that I will be able to further nourish my passion by joining a company for the long haul to work on creating the best working environment possible for that company through Human Resources work.My top 5 strengths from StrengthsFinder 2.0 are:1.
