The Youth Impact Program (YIP) is an innovative summer program and partners with universities across the United States and their local NFL team. The program is staffed by NCAA student athletes, university officials, and public school teachers that act as a catalyst to promote positive development in low-income, urban-based, at-risk middle school male students, between the ages of 10 and 14 years old.

Led development of cause marketing campaign. Led business development for corporate partners resulting in significant unrestricted funding for National 4-H Council and our field. Led Special Events team to drive efficient and effective events to drive fundraising, awareness and impact.

Led business development and management of all sponsorship partners to drive maximum ROI for both Komen and our partners. Led Marathon for the Cure team and events to drive fundraising through endurance sports. Key member of team delivering top notch Race for the Cure and Komen 3-Day events across the nation.
