I’m the Assistant Business Unit Manager for the Design-Build and Construction practice within Dewberry primarily focused on implementing business strategies, project and quality management processes. My professional experience also includes overseeing and performing design-build projects in the vertical construction market as a Project Manager. In addition, I conduct evaluations of energy conservation measures, perform low voltage controls installation and provide quality client and project management. Safety is my number one priority and I have extensive experience working on open construction sites and advocating for zero-tolerance of non-safe work practices. OSHA 30-hour certified, it is my daily goal for my team to return home safely at the end of each shift. I am dedicated to women achieving their full potential in their careers as engineers and leaders. I want to inspire the next generation of girls to reach for their highest potential and consider technology and engineering by sharing experiences, passion and expertise.
