Team Lead, Account Management
Current- Full time management and mentorship of a team of 5 AMs overseeing $44M+ in revenue in FY’23. FY’24 is booked at $11M and on track for $45M+ from Holding Company agencies
- Drive client engagement via regular calls, insight reviews and entertainment with the goal of providing extra layer of leadership support. This has led to increased trust and growth in incremental revenue
- Facilitate operational excellence within the Northeast region and fostering collaboration between Sales, Trading, Product, DNA, Creative, and Social teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction and outcomes. Focus on.
- Support team growth via regular 1:1s, training on MiQ products, trainings on external vendors and coaching for professional development. Have been able to promote internally and onboard new team members (6 total)
- Represent AM team at a regional and national level via presentations to top-level leadership to push for resourcing and highlight amazing work that contributes to MiQ’s bottom line.
- Build internal relationships with leaders of other commercial teams to provide feedback for process improvements and to focus on our Everything Grows and Radical Candor mindset at MiQ.
