I'm the Founder and CEO of RIES, a sustainable packaging brand redefining the relationship between beauty and travel. For the past 12 years, I've been a leader in fashion and beauty marketing, most recently as the Beauty Marketing Director at Vogue where I lead co-partnered creative with brands like L’Oreal and Estée Lauder. I understand the business of beauty and what it’s like to be a professional woman constantly traveling for my career. I built Ries because of a lack of true solutions in the market for travel-sized beauty containers, most notably for women of color.I am also on the Advisory Board of Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise that supports women in Rwanda through economic empowerment and education, as well as a member of the 15% Pledge and Masters of Good.
