Current• Company recruiter and primary point of contact for new employee onboarding • Organize and facilitate roundtable calls, meetings, programs and peer surveys as Staff Associate for member committees• Collaborate with industry partners, vendors and fellow trade associations• Partner with fellow trade association to organize and run annual Labor and Employee Relations Conference• Prepare and execute annual industry-specific member compensation survey• Execute contracts with new and existing vendors• Support company-wide payroll transition through benefit set-up and internal communications• Provide support in the development and implementation of annual women's leadership program
