I help drive change and learning to support staff across many organisations, along with supporting individuals with their digital skills, time management and productivity in general.I am well versed in the core principles of human behaviour and journey through change, learning and instructional design, along with evaluating impacts of change, and designing concepts to advise how technology can be leveraged to enhance learning and working in the modern world.I focus on meaningful experiences to help drive long lasting change, through planning and strategy in the modern workplace, to learning programs, ongoing support and strategies depending on each individual.Through my independent consulting I support organisations through engagements to boost learning, help plan for change or coach teams and leaders on the modern digital workplace.
