Lead Talent Partner for Commercial BankFull-cycle recruitment for all Commercial and Treasury lines of business across the footprint Provide strategic consultation to Regions Commercial and Treasury businesses in regards to their lateral talent planning and acquisition Drive the lateral talent strategy for markets by providing them support with human capital strategy, talent planning, identifying talent, onboarding and retention Provide strategic sourcing to identify passive and active qualified candidates from competitors for all lateral hiring Provide expertise in planning and executing unique search strategies for both active and passive talent as well as maintain industry knowledge and competitive intelligence Effectively partner with HRBP, Executive Compensation, and Group Heads Manage the offer process and negotiate complex compensation packages, including up front bonuses, relocation, multiple-year incentives, non-solicit clauses and garden leave policies Provide effective consultation to leaders around compliance, documentation, interview process and compensation Partner with leaders to assess current Learning & Development for team members, make recommendations and participate in project teams to drive change
