Develop district policies through research, discussion with attorneys and constituents, and public discussion with other board members.Chart a personal and collective path through complex community conversations on topics including resource use, educational priorities, leadership, and culture.Contributed to the hiring of one and the supervision of two district Superintendents.Developed and executed successful non-partisan campaign strategies in very different political climates: summer and fall of 2016 and the spring of 2021.Endorsed by the Fayetteville Education Association in 2016 and 2021.Endorsed by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in 2016; the paper did not endorse candidates in 2021.Re-elected with 71% of the vote in May 2021.
