During my tenure at Press Ganey (and previously Morehead Associates), I was responsible for the following with increasing responsibility and account management. - Partnered with senior executives and HR leaders from healthcare organizations to drive the employee and patient experience and provided guidance during all phases of the engagement survey process. - Consulted and collaborated with senior executives and HR leaders to implement new programs and facilitate change through the use of engagement survey data.- Provided one-on-one coaching and group training sessions for leaders on effective use of survey data, action planning best practices, and department level change. - Developed training toolkits, including custom analytics and survey communication strategies, as well as internal process improvement, including ew selection tools and a re-defined onboarding process.

The Center for Organizational Research (COR) is a consulting center operating within the Psychology Department at The University of Akron. The purpose of COR is to provide organizations with evidence-based solutions to the issues that confront people in work environments, with areas of specialization including human resource management, organizational development, and survey work. As a graduate student at the University of Akron, I worked with the Center for Organizational Research on a project basis for client organizations in the Northeast Ohio region. Projects included key stakeholder interviews and focus groups, facilitation of employee feedback sessions and survey administration, support for the development of training workshops, job duty documentation, performance review criteria and custom survey development.
