Ran hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding for new volunteers, interns, and staff.Supported program staff on agenda design for trainings, and meetings; led trainings and represented PBP at public events.

Primary project included serving as lead researcher and writer for the creation of two searchable databases on state election laws. For one of these, the State Recount Laws Searchable Database, we received the Center for Plain Language's ClearMark 2011 ClearMark award.

Coordinated multiple projects for this small grassroots group, with core contributions to the community rights program and Humboldt Exchange Community Currency project.Collaboratively developed and led workshops on organizing skills and social movement theory and history, including yearly “Deep Democracy” intensive retreat and “Food and Democracy” workshops.
