I was contracted to work on two significant IT change projects:VCare Events (from AMRisk) - VCare is a business critical CRM to manage government funding for resident care, resident information throughout their lifecycle and Clinical data critical to providing the best care possible for the resident.As Project Lead and Change Manager I was responsible for transitioning from using AMRisk to the Events module within VCare to capture resident events (incident, complaints and near misses).- Facilitated multiple workshops to capture current and future Clinical requirements, identifying improvements and enabling future proofing.- Led the project team to build, test and implement VCare Events. Created UAT test scripts and managed testing. - Compiled detailed impact analysis for impacted groups throughout the lifecycle of an Event.- Identified changes to Clinical documentation and operating processes and managed this change.- Developed and executed a communications plan including presentation to Clinical team at annual national conference.- Provided regular updates to all levels of company from Village Admin staff through to CEO level.- Developed training needs analysis and training strategy for rollout. Created detailed training manual for VCare Events and tested during Pilot.- Managed Pilot rollout, communications and training plan and worked closely with the impacted staff to create support network and feedback process.Intranet launch:- Worked collaboratively with SharePoint vendor on design and delivery of intranet.- Delivered communications plan to launch intranet company-wide.- Developed team of content owners as intranet ambassadors, and trained them in SharePoint and encouraged ownership on their team’s site.- Developed content owner, IT support and staff training material. -
