I am Associate Vice President for Executive Education at Eckerd College and a Certified Trainer with over 25 years of experience in executive education. I am passionate about developing leaders to create positive impact in their organizations and communities, and I have collaborated with hundreds of organizations to create programs aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing self-awareness, building high-performance teams and managing conflict. In my current role, I am responsible for overall strategy, revenue, client services and day-to-day operations for Eckerd’s Leadership Development Institute (LDI), a Network Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), one of the world's premier providers of leadership development programs. Much of my time is devoted to developing business, designing programs, facilitating workshops and collaborating with the faculty team to design and deliver world-renowned leadership programs to local, national and international clients. I also oversee LDI’s CCL programs, ensuring quality and consistency across the entire portfolio. I have held a variety of leadership roles at Eckerd College as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Alumni Council and was the Founder and Co-Director of Eckerd’s Staff Leadership Program.I am certified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP), the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI), and I am a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT) through the Mediation Training Institute.The revenue generated by Eckerd’s executive education programs supports student scholarships in Eckerd's undergraduate programs, and this dual mission of developing leaders and supporting students remains a source of constant inspiration.I graduated from Eckerd College with honors in psychology and management and was the recipient of the Carl Rogers Excellence in Psychology Award. I am also a graduate of the Leadership St. Pete Program (LSP) and served as the Chair of the LSP class of 2006.
