The goal of the program was to help novice sales reps at local stations improve sales performance by integrating CSPI learning and methodology with hands on guidance and support. It created a continuum of learning for both myself and my mentee. I was hired to bring in new business to the Maryland region, I was successful and enjoyed working with HR directors to satisfy their housing needs. I signed LifeBridge, Tenable, CACI, Cordish and many others to yearly contracts. I exceeded my goals repeatedly and I spearheaded marketing presentations down in Columbia, MD to increase our presence in the region.

In bringing the city the latest eats, drinks, entertainment, style, and ideas, we also structure our events so many of them benefit a local charity and promote community involvement and goodwill. I was in charge of increasing advertising sales for their publication and website. I also sold sponsorships to Best of Sarasota and Top Doc events throughout the year. I created a powerful portfolio of new accounts by cold calling, networking and going door to door. This was my second position for a regional publication, print and online advertising sales, account management.

Broadway Across America is part of the Key Brand Entertainment family of companies, it is the foremost presenter of first-class touring musicals and plays in North America, operating in 40 markets.I handled corporate and group sales for the Broadway series at The Hippodrome Theater working directly with Bank of America, Carefirst, Exelon, Legg Mason, Hopkins, GBMC and many others. Record breaking $650,000 of group sales to Jersey Boys during the 12/13 season, exceeded budget by $200,000. I wrote and executed strategic sales and marketing plans as well as annual season budget. Cultivated and retained relationships with corporate partners, non-profit and community organizations, and Broadway corporate sponsors.

AOL has since acquired Millennial Media.I was recruited as the Client Services Manager and oversaw implementation of national mobile advertising campaigns for multiple clients, including Nike, Southwest, Paramount Pictures and Green Mountain Coffee. Acted as point of contact for the client and managed internal relationships with our advertising sales team, publisher services, technology and business development team. I advanced client-advertising programs by creating new and inventive campaigns to attract the end user and drive ROI. Exceeded campaign performance for many of our top clients, which led to more deals for Millennial as a whole. Ran the daily production meeting and went into detail about account performances from the prior day, discussed plan of attack for each account.
