Reporting to President to provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

- Leading Digital Transofrtam Team in MiTAC-Synnex Group by rolling out digital tools including CRM, Cloud, RPA and AI. - Absorbing market trend and customer’s need to define solutions, including AIOT, Smart City, Edge Computing . * Business Development and Management: - Executing corporate strategies to complete sales target for P&L responsibility - Lead Customer Service, FAE, Sales Team to accomplish multi tasks- Developing new customers (including multi channels such us GlobalSystem Integrators, Users as university, library, Factory, Retails, and Governments), monitoring competitor activity, forming plans for increasing market share and communicating channel activities

*Developing Sales revenue: Be responsible in developing new customers in Nordic countries, Germany, Poland, Czech, Greece, and Switzerland. And also Manage Sales Reps in the UK and Italy. *Develop and maintain on-going relationship with media in Europe*Define and execute comprehensive integrated marketing programs for distribution and etailer accounts- Manage Marketing Development fund with key channel customers (Such as etailers/Retailers/Distributors) in Europe. - Organize to attend international fair, such us: Cebit, Games con, Medpi.

*Worked out business plans based on sales and profits.*Actively participated in negotiations with suppliers.*Arrange special promotion project for Traxdata/Arita/Ridata own brand.( Organize from the supply chain part to sales part) *Develop the OEM business, Bundle business (such as Retailers, Telecom companies, and System Integrators) of the flash products within Europe and U.A.E.

*Manage Tier One Direct Account, such as Imation, Philips, TDK customer relations.*International and Domestic OEM/ODM market developments.*Manage ODM Project development.
