• Manage the operations of two Class A mixed-use buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet and provide portfolio-level support to over 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space. • Enhance productivity for more than 51,000 SF of both office and retail new tenant build outs by serving as a liaison between construction management, new tenant, architects, engineers, and asset managers to ensure that all construction processes adhere to a strict deadline and fall within the requirements of the building. • Spearhead annual budgeting process through Kardin to completion, including reviewing and advising on capital improvements and operating expenses, as well as analyzing lease input and changes to annual tenant caps, tenant improvements, CAM reconciliations, and more to ensure accurate revenue projection. • Complete monthly property performance reports for the Asset Manager that detail year-to-date variances from the operating budget, capital improvement updates, leasing activity, and lease delinquency information. • Evaluate annual operating expenses of the property to accurately update mid-year and year-end reforecasts. • Lead monthly Mid-Atlantic Asset Services meetings to provide regional updates, training on new processes, and cross-training from executives from various lines of business. • Navigate the administrative minutiae of processing a new tenant through mastering the details of each tenant lease, tracking and filing crucial documents, and ensuring that all building requirements are satisfied prior to tenant move-in. • Collaborate with external partners to design, plan, and execute exclusive broker events to showcase leasable square footage. • Orchestrate vendor contract process. Tasks include: distributing RFPs, analyzing proposals, tailoring legal language in the final contract, and reviewing all insurance documents to ensure vendor meets owner requirements.

• Manage budget for 12-million-dollar government contract. Tasks include managing billing, compiling financial reports, processing invoices, and developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. • Support new business proposals and acquisitions by developing budgets, forecasting finances, managing project management throughout the process, and facilitating new business strategic planning meeting and brainstorms after the account is secured. • Monitor media and provide comprehensive daily and weekly analysis of industry trends.
