Secretary In Marketing Division
Current- Provide administrative support to deputy directors and regional manager for 6 branches area with job description consists of:
- Handle, collate, and ensure all reimburse claim documents are complete before being distributed to related parties such as finance, HR or procurement.
- Perform general or ad hoc administrative support such as filing documents, copying, scanning, emailing, and printing.
- Booking meeting room for internal meeting.
- ︎ Booking flight and accommodation for business trip
- ︎ Receiving documents such as memo, submission form, and other related documents from branch representatives for approval to deputy director or regionalmanager.
