Responsible for the implementation of operational risk management framework at Operations Directorate, that include operational risk assesment, internal control, as well as information security.

Responsible for the development of Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, policy and procedure. To provide and conduct audit in Consumer & Branch Manager Enterpreneur (BME) Audit, as well as maintain audit work paper documentation to provide a quality audit report and meet the annual audit plan schedule

My work scope on Operation & Service Audit related to the following :• Centralized Banking Operations in Bankwide Level : with main functions are Domestic Payment (included BI RTGS & SKNBI – BI Mandatory), International Remittance, Cash Management, ATM Off Premises, Alternate Channel Operations, Payment Reconciliation.• Customer Care & Service Quality in Bankwide Level: with main functions are Customer Care Funding, Customer Care Lending, Anti Attrition, Government Intermediation Bank Indonesia, Service Quality & Complaint Management.• Centralized Banking Operations in Area Level (Jakarta and Central Java): with main functions are Domestic Payment, International Remittance, Automatic Facility (Payroll, Bills Payment, Tax Payment etc), Branch Accounting (Prepaid Expense, Provision Expense, Expense, Fixed Asset, Transitory Account), General Affairs, Customer Data Management.• Branch Services (Jakarta and Central Java) have main functions are service quality, cash and teller activity, customer services activity, branch foreign exchange transaction.• CIMB Preferred Banking, Wealth Management & Bancassurance Services in Area & Branch Level• Mortgage, Auto Loan, Small Medium Enterprise Credt
