In this role, I attend meetings with district staff to coordinate development of school contracts. Identify needs within School Districts and create a plan for services to meet district needs. Develop School Contracts and negotiate fee scale to implement Mental Health Services utilizing title 1, LCAP, MTSS and other school funding sources. Manage School Contracts and MOUs for 19 School Districts out of 4 Agency Sites utilizing District funding and Medi-Cal funding sources. Highlights of my achievements: Increased contracts to provide workshops, therapy services, and in-services to school districts, developing relationships with district personnel and moving the school-based teams forward in continuity of care across Sites to ensure best practices for clients and families.

In the 8+ years, I have been the Clinical Site Director my team has met productivity goals and managed many changes at the agency and in staffing. I am responsible for ensuring staff are high performers and are being developed by my supervisor and management team. Supervise El Monte Site including Front Desk and all programs/contracts at the site along with the management team, contract therapists, and supervisors. Govern site management of program contracts, funding streams for clients, and staff at site. Engage in community meetings, run parent council meetings, and host community events as well as conduct weekly management team meetings and monthly all staff meetings. Prepare quarterly reports including clients served, staffing concerns and site issues. Work collaboratively with Development department to host site events for client.
