Designed and managed a national corporate-funded National Service VISTA program, powered by Points of Light in partnership with Citi Foundation and the Corporation for National and Community Service. Service Works, an economic opportunity program, aims to connect with and invite disconnected young-adults to build skills, connect with their community through service, and achieve economic and educational goals they set for themselves.

- Facilitate knowledge and resource systems and best practices within the organization- Manage global program activities, coordinate budgets, and facilitate the closing out of Youth:Work Leader USAID award and the 12 Associate Sub-Awards.- More than $65 million dollars awarded and leveraged on global programs aimed to increase the capacity and opportunity for young people to achieve economic success and employment, - Manage activities with the Youth Leadership Alliance in coordination with the US State Department:- Development of thought leader publications on topics related to youth employment.- Coordination of thought leader convenings to discuss opportunities for cross sector engagement.- Coordinate Global Partnership for Youth Employment in coordination with the World Bank- Manage IYF’s secretariat responsibilities within the coalition –development of curricula and toolkits providing expertise on youth engagement, employment, and entrepreneurship.- Facilitation and support of three convenings in Amman, Jordan, Istanbul Turkey, and Dar Es Salaam,Tanzania

- Project management – Principles for Good Governance and Ethical Practice Resource Center (website development, launch, and ongoing on and offline maintenance)- Coordinate application and selection process for 2011 American Express NGen Fellows Program and 2011 American Express Is NGen Leadership Award, and provide input on strategic planning for ongoing NGen programmatic efforts- Management and coordination of strategic leadership goals – particularly management of ongoing efforts, partnerships, and strategy groups investigating financial security in the nonprofit sector- Coordinate social media and some website maintenance of NGen communications - Manage research and assist in strategic planning for Independent Sector’s emerging role in the international nonprofit sector, including funder prospect research. - Part of the strategic planning, coordination, and facilitation of 2011 R-Evolutionary Times Independent Sector Annual Conference in Chicago, and upcoming 2012 GameChangers Conference in the Bay Area.

Researched and collaborated with six international offices in order to develop effective project documents and marketing materials for fundraising and external communications.
