Previously, I've designed programs for clients including The Rockefeller Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, Vulcan Inc, and Surfrider Foundation; directed comms at startups focused on creating opportunities for students; and wrote the book on nonprofit careers for Idealist.org.In past lives, I've been a middle school English teacher, a white water rafting guide, and a semi-professional athlete.
