Megan Fleming is a driven and collaborative Marketing leader and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. She has over 16 years of experience building brands, successfully executing Marketing, Social Media, and advertising campaigns, and supporting large Sales teams. Beginning her career at ESPN, Fleming led the strategic planning, management, and fast-paced execution of advertising campaigns on ESPN.com for some of the world's largest brands, including Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Miller-Coors, and many others. From her ESPN days, Fleming experienced the value of a team-oriented work culture, learning first-hand how successful organizations can be when teams collaborate in achieving company growth. Fleming then moved over to NBC Sports, as the Manager of Digital Sales Integration and Marketing for NBC Sports' six Regional Networks. There she developed integrated Social Media, Digital Marketing, and online Video campaigns to drive revenue, engagement, and awareness across the NBC Sports RSN's Digital portfolio. Seeking more time with her family and not commuting 3 hours a day to NYC, Fleming joined The Maryknoll Society as their Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, helping drive donations, fundraising, and brand Marketing initiatives.Fleming served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Deployed Resources. As a member of the Leadership team, Fleming developed the corporate and four additional business entities’ global Marketing, Brand, and PR Communications strategy. She built the Marketing team from scratch, while ensuring the company was successful in achieving business, lead generation, and revenue growth against established corporate goals. Fleming is a storyteller and brand builder at heart, always looking for the best ways to communicate the voice and story of a brand, and the individuals tied to that brand. She prides herself on being able to effectively communicate why something is interesting and why it's important to target audiences.
