Current- Conduct and analyze onboarding surveys, presenting findings to improve new hire experiences and retention rates.- Assist in updating the company’s website and LinkedIn social media branding, boosting online engagement.- Support recruiting efforts and the development of the Currax Careers website, ensuring compliance and effective branding.- Research and propose applications of AI in HR processes, culminating in a strategic proposal for integrating AI tools like CoPilot.- Update term codes and reasons, organizing data to develop a comprehensive presentation for leadership review.
