Employed creativity to craft social media posts, design graphics, lead campaigns, and drive a robust content calendar to achieve above industry-average engagement rates across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Translated complex technical information into easy-to-digest tweets. Facilitated team meetings to promote collaboration and connection while supporting strategic planning.

Supporting the Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), I led social media strategy and digital analytics. Planned creative social campaigns with dynamic graphics and informative content. Designed a visual digital year-in-review and subsequently launched a new digital metrics report.

Researched, developed, and evaluated strategic communications plans for Defense Health Headquarters operations during the early COVID-19 pandemic response. Managed executive communications for the university president while also leading PR, marketing, advertising, and managing the school's web and social media presence. Read and adopted themes from the president's favorite book, "Good to Great" by James C. Collins, into a series of speeches during the president's early tenure.

Led strategic partnership initiatives to grow brand awareness in the US market. Built & executed media plans with partners to promote joint priorities including boosting route sales through a strategic mix of print ad buys, geo-targeted digital advertising, and social media campaigns. Spearheaded RFP processes for large scale digital marketing campaigns and coordinated with partner entities to set joint campaign KPIs, approve creative, and launch campaigns.

Managed media relations, communications, and digital marketing initiatives for Air France-KLM USA. Planned and executed press trips to Paris and Amsterdam, and liaised with media to secure positive coverage in USA Today, NY Times, CNN, etc. Oversaw PR agency to prioritize and delegate tasks, write press releases, handle interview requests, and shape media outreach strategy. Led internal communications to include writing, designing, and distributing the monthly staff newsletter. Supported executive communications through speech writing, media prep, presentation development. Planned large-scale events including an all-staff annual conference. As a member of the strategic communications team, I supported the Army Chief of Chaplains at the Pentagon by leading a stakeholder analysis, designing a communications plan, and executing outreach efforts. Built and managed content strategy for the client's Facebook and Twitter accounts, balancing Army security standards and religious sensitivities while generating engaging content to share the story of the organization. Developed and managed website content for the Army National Guard G1 (Human Resources) to include writing over 100 featured news articles and designing a streamlined email subscription system to deliver content directly to relevant audiences. Supported management consulting initiatives including business process re-engineering efforts.

Managed media outreach, edited reports, and conducted a communications audit to recommend a new social media strategy for the think tank. Conducted media outreach for the Marshall Memorial Fellowship program, writing and distributing press releases, coordinating with media outlets in five cities, and doing subsequent media monitoring.
