I'm a current student studying Writing and Rhetoric, in creative and analytical forms. I am also studying Digital Media and Communications, and how to communicate and advertise for businesses and professionals in an ever-changing digital media landscape. I'm learning how to use different language for appropriate situations and communications, and the kind of power language holds. I write fiction, nonfiction, and analytical works. I also create social media posts for not only myself but organizations that I am a part of both for work and pleasure. So far, I have created 3 posts for my community service sorority that have seen a dramatic increase in likes and impressions compared to last semester's posts that weren't made by me. I have also created 3 posts so far for Arc Stages to promote their fall workshops and past shows, which have gotten the same number of likes as if they were made by the social media personnel. Within the past year, I have also managed to fulfill a creative project and write a novel that is over 100,000 words long for my thesis project as an honors student. I wrote my novel while balancing my coursework and extracurricular involvement as well.
