Design, implement and monitor micro-schedules across all departments to ensure the respect of overall production scheduling and budget requirements. Track production progress on a daily basis and generate progress reports for department supervisors, the producer and the client. Looks ahead to ensure the respect of weekly quotas, department milestones, and inventory expectations. Performs frequent walkarounds to check in with crew, and ensure resolution of any issues that arise. Supervise and mentor Production Coordinators, Asset Coordinators and Production Assistants on proper tracking of assets, shots, meeting notes and deliverables for all episodes in production.
