Specific achievements include assisting with development and marketing of a 600-acre business park sold to data center provider QTS; streamlining budgeting and implementation of Salesforce for reporting to stakeholders; and managing over $400 million in existing industry expansions

Led data analysis and presentation for Georgia 2030, the Chamber's strategic initiative to promote innovation, job growth, and prosperity throughout the state; managed four member-led policy committees, more than doubling member participation by organizing tours of businesses across the state; and monitored, researched and analyzed public policy positions on business issues

Led the Complete College Georgia initiative for Clayton State, the University System of Georgia's college completion initiative, which included monitoring strategies and student success and assisted the University's Provost and Deans with degree programs to meet job demand

Developed budget recommendations for Georgia Governor Nathan Deal for an agency with a $160 million budget, including a savings of $6 million for personnel appropriation adjustments. All recommendations were adopted by the state legislature in the final $19 billion dollar state budget.Analyzed and reconciled IT infrastructure appropriations for Georgia’s fourteen largest state agencies for the past five fiscal years to identify cost savings.

Developed policies to govern adult education in the state of Indiana that incorporated federal legislation requirements and assisted in the development of a budget formula to allocate funding to adult education service providers

Provided assistance with GHG emission inventories, federal operating permit applications, state construction and operating permit applications, and emissions inventories for a variety of industries.
