My responsibility was to take Tier 2 calls from our offshore reps to either answer their questions or take over escalated calls. I went to Manila, Philippines to assist with the training of the new offshore call center in 2008. I was responsible for organizing all aspects of getting pre-registered entries taken care of for all events (Chrysler Classic, Good Guys Hot Rod Nationals, and Neo Fest). This included mailing ticket packages, making a list of pre-registered participants, handling any problems or questions, assisting the event staff with registration questions, and doing ticket audits after the event.
